For the ICSID 2026 Conference participants and Summer School attendees, rooms are available at Akademis Academia, the Conference venue, from August 9 to 15, 2026.

Akademis Academia offers the possibility of accommodation in double, twin and single use rooms with private bathrooms, industrial design and are hotel standard 3*. Akademis rooms are spacious and equipped with an air conditioning system, free WI-FI network, 100 Mb/s Internet connection, safe, refrigerator and necessary hygiene items. Guests have at their disposal a self-service laundry with a surcharge, a gym, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer within the R&C Academia. During their stay, guests are provided with free parking in the private garage of Akademis.

Prices of accommodation in Akademis for ICSID 2026 participants:

Bed and breakfast in a two-bed room for one person (single use) per day: €100.00 + tourist tax €2.65

Bed and breakfast in a two-bed room for two persons per day: €120.00 + tourist tax €2.65 per person

Please note that room availability at Akademis is guaranteed until July 1st. After July 1st, participants can still book rooms at Akademis, subject to room availability. If you plan to stay at Akademis, please make sure to book your room before July 1st.
